步骤1

下载Stable Diffusion Webui

进入页面后，点击Code绿色按钮，再点击Dowload ZIP就可将程序的压缩包下载到本地。

 

步骤2

下载并安装Git

下载地址https://git-scm.com/download/win

Git可以帮助Stable Diffusion Webui下载所需要的各种插件和模型。

 

步骤3

下载并安装Python

下载地址https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.10.7/python-3.10.7-amd64.exe

Stable Diffusion Webui是开源项目，基于Python运行，下载时请注意不要使用太新的版本，推荐3.10.7以免造成兼容性问题而无法运行。

 

步骤4

配置Stable Diffusion Webui的Python运行目录

解压缩Stable Diffusion Webui后，在stable-diffusion-webui-master\venv文件夹下找到pyvenv.cfg文件，通过记事本打开手动设置为刚才Python的安装目录和版本信息。

 

步骤5

下载模型

下载地址https://civitai.com/

由于安装的是官方版本，因此模型需要手动去下载，推荐去C站，模型数量众多下载速度也很快，重点是还可以使用各种下载工具提升速度。

下载好的模型文件需要放到stable-diffusion-webui-master\models\Stable-diffusion文件夹中。

 

步骤6

启动Webui

返回Stable Diffusion Webui的根目录，找到Webui-user.bat批处理文件双击运行

第一次启动时会进行一些必要文件的下载及安装，耐心等待就好，直到出现Running on local URL:  http://127.0.0.1:7860字符段后就代表已经启动完成。此时将IP地址复制到浏览器中就能打开Webui界面了。

Stable Diffusion Webui图形化界面界面很简洁，但是却拥有强大的功能，下载好的模型文件会显示在上图红框的下拉列表里，选择期望的模型并在提示词中输入想要的结果并且在反向提示词中输入不希望出现的结果，点击生成稍等片刻就能得到一张由AI输出的图片。

Webui中最主要的参数设定是采样迭代步数，默认的话为20，理论上迭代次数越多画面效果越精细，但同样会对GPU性能和显存容量提出更多要求。
